Privacy & Cookie Policy
This site (mirakle.dev) is the personal site and portfolio of Rafal Kleczek (“Mirakle”, “I”, “we”). This page explains what data the site collects, the cookies it sets, and the choices you have. Questions: kleczek.r@gmail.com.
The short version
- The only tracking on this site is Google Analytics 4, used to count visitors and see which pages get read.
- Analytics is off by default. No analytics cookies are set and no analytics data is collected until you press “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner.
- If you decline, or ignore the banner, you are not tracked.
- I don’t run ads, I don’t sell or share your data, and there are no advertising or social-media trackers on the site.

What Google Analytics collects
When (and only when) you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects standard web-analytics data: the pages you visit and when, your approximate location (country/region, derived from your IP address — Google does not log or store the full IP address in GA4), your device and browser type, and the site or link that referred you. This is processed by Google on my behalf to produce aggregate visitor statistics. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Consent is managed with Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept,
analytics_storage is set to denied, so no analytics
identifiers or cookies are stored.
Your choices
- Decline analytics in the banner — nothing is tracked.
- Change your mind any time using the button below; the banner will reappear so you can choose again.
- Clear cookies for this site in your browser, or use your browser’s “do not track”/cookie controls.
- Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to block GA on every site.
Other data the site handles
Separate from analytics, some pages let you send me information directly:
- Contact form — your name, email, and message are stored so I can reply. They aren’t used for anything else.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe, your name and email are stored to send the newsletter. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Email is delivered through Postmark.
- Sign-in — signing in uses Google OAuth and is only for my own administrative access; ordinary visitors never need an account.
Your rights
If you’re in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data I hold about you, to withdraw consent, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email kleczek.r@gmail.com and I’ll handle it.
Changes
